The Bay Club at Waikoloa

This is where we’ll be staying for the week. The Bay Club offers spacious villa-style suites with full kitchens, large lanais, and a quiet, relaxed atmosphere. It’s slightly farther from the shops and the wedding venue than the Hilton, but still an easy walk for most guests.

Hilton Waikoloa Village

Waikoloa Beach Marriott Resort

The Marriott is the home base for our wedding events. It offers beachfront access, a relaxed pool area, and the most central location within the resort for gathering, dining, and exploring. Karlsson/Solga family will be staying here.

Kōlea at Waikoloa Beach Resort

Kōlea is the only condo community within Waikoloa Beach Resort available on Airbnb and VRBO, offering high-end villas, private community amenities, and direct beach access. It’s a great option for families, groups, or guests looking for a more private, residential-style stay while still being extremely close to the wedding events.
